Donovan Anderson has over twenty years of experience advocating for the rights of children with disabilities to ensure that they access to a free appropriate public education in the District of Columbia.

Donovan Anderson is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia. He has worked closely with the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA), Department of Mental Health, the various Charter Schools in DC and other entities in DC in advocating for the educational rights of students with disabilities.

Donovan Anderson also currently represents four charter schools in special education matters in DC. The Excel Academy PCS, The Washington Mathematics Science & Technology PCS, The Howard University Middle School of Mathematics and Science PCS and The National Collegiate Preparatory PCS.

 Most importantly, Mr. Anderson has a long record of successfully working with parents of children with special needs whose educational needs are not being met in the school system. Although he maintains good contacts and working relationships with the many, varied governmental entities that affect your child's educational options, his focus, purpose, and allegiance is to support you and your child.
